JobServer Professional

JobServer Professional is intended for higher end usage. It supports
multiple databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. The database
can reside on a separate server tier altogether. It has more extensive
threading, concurrency, and transactional support beyond the Standard version.
It uses advanced threading and scanning algorithms, allowing
jobs to be scheduled and processed with a high degree of
concurrency, precision and overall scalability.
Users can create and manage
an arbitrary number of distributed Agents, Partitions and handle the configuration

JobServer Cloud edition offers all the features of JobServer Professional and can be hosted in the Amazon cloud. This frees
customers from the IT burden of buying and maintaining hardware and installing and managing their own IT environment for JobServer.
With the Cloud edition of JobServer, you are freed from dealing with upgrades and managing maintenance tasks and dealing with hardware issues. We can add more job processing capacity, quickly, as you need it. You just need to focus on building and deploying your jobs and SOA applications and related services. We will insure that your JobServer environment is well maintained, managed and backed up and running efficiently. We will alert you if we notice performance issues or slow running jobs and processes and if more capacity is needed. We will also deliver daily and weekly reports on the performance and efficiency of your job scheduling and processing environment, including alerts if jobs are performing poorly or are behind schedule.
No hardware or software to install! With JobServer Cloud, your environment will be deployed and run from the Amazon cloud with secure connectivity to your private network using Amazon VPC (Virtual Private Cloud).
