The Schedule Forecasting tool allows you to forecast when jobs will run given a specified date range. Use the search interface to search for the jobs of interest.
Find jobs with names that matches search pattern. The pattern "*" can be used as a wild card to return all jobs. Hit the "Enter" key to get the results, that match the pattern, to appear in the drop down list.
Choose all the jobs that match the given search pattern ("-- All Listed Jobs --"), or just choose a single job.
Select the time range of interest. The time range applies to the time range of the next run date of the jobs of interest. Only the jobs which have their next run date in the date range will be returned. Note that, jobs that have a "NextRunDate" that are greater than the specified time range will not be listed.
Click the button to get the schedule forecast given the defined criteria. All the jobs that match the criteria will be listed showing the last time the job ran ("LastRunDate") and the next time the job is forecast to run ("NextRunDate"). Note that the "LastRunDate" can be changed in the Job Designer so it may not always reflect actual job run history. Use the Job Tracker if you want exact and detailed job run history.
